If the unfortunate event that your order should arrive damaged, please send a photo of the damage to within 2 days of receiving the item/s.

We will review item is damaged, if we agree, we will either refund or send a replacement free of charge.


We do offer a 30 day Refund or Exchange.  

Returning your items will be at your own cost. Please ensure they will arrive in the same condition as you received them.

We are unable to refund or exchange items that are returned to us in an unsaleable condition.

Returns may take 7-10 working days to process.

Please return your item using your preferred way of posting – Royal Mail is usually the most efficient.

Please note that until we receive the item, we hold no responsibility for the item/s.


 Will I have to pay postage for my return?
Yes, you do have to pay postage on any returns to us, unless an item is faulty  or received in error, in which case please contact us directly to resolve.

Can I exchange an item for a something else?
No, you can only exchange something for the same product in a different design. 

What if the item I request to exchange for is out of stock?
If the item is not in stock we will automatically refund you the full amount.

Can I return something that I bought in a sale or seconds sale?
No, unfortunately we do not accept returns for sale items.

Will my shipping fee be refunded?
Unfortunately no shipping costs can be refunded.

We have to treat every customer fairly, this means every customer receives exactly the same service every time, without exception.

We must stick to the returns policy.  Sami Tutch .Com cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels, so please do keep your tracking number.

It can take 5 to 10 working days for your refund to reach you, depending on your bank.

We are a very small business and pride ourselves on doing the very best we can.
