Policies, Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This competition is organised by Sami Tutch Art, based in Kislingbury, Northampton. For all enquiries, please contact: creativetutch@hotmail.co.uk
2. Eligibility
• This competition is open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over.
• By entering, participants confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Entry Requirements
• To enter, participants must purchase a ticket for £10 and correctly answer the competition question provided at the time of entry.
• A total of 400 tickets are available.
• Each ticket purchase constitutes one entry. Multiple entries are allowed if multiple tickets are purchased.
4. How to Enter
• Entries must be submitted through the official platform or method specified by Sami Tutch Art.
• An entry is only valid once payment has been successfully processed and the competition question is answered.
• The competition closes once all 400 tickets are sold or on a date specified by the promoter. Sami Tutch reserves the right to extend the closing date if all tickets are not sold.
5. Prize
• The prize is ‘ Blaze’, an original artwork by Sami Tutch.
• In the event the draw does not go ahead (e.g. due to insufficient ticket sales), Sami Tutch reserves the right to offer a cash alternative prize or to cancel the competition and refund all entries in full.
• The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions will be offered unless stated otherwise.
6. Winner Selection
• All correct entries will be entered into a random draw, conducted using a fair and independent method.
• The draw will take place within 48 hours of the competition closing.
• The winner will be contacted via email and announced publicly via Sami Tutch’s social media or website (with the winner’s consent).
7. Delivery of Prize
• The prize will be delivered free of charge to a valid UK address provided by the winner within 14 days of confirmation.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
• Tickets are non-refundable unless the competition is cancelled.
• If the competition is cancelled, all participants will receive a full refund.
9. Legal Compliance
• This is a skill-based competition, requiring the participant to answer a question. It is not classified as a lottery and is compliant with the UK Gambling Act 2005.
10. Data Protection
• Any personal data provided will be used only for the purpose of administering the competition. Your details will not be shared with third parties.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If the unfortunate event that your order should arrive damaged, please send a photo of the damage to sales@samitutch.com
within 2 days of receiving the item/s.
We will review item is damaged, if we agree, we will either refund or send a replacement free of charge.
We do offer a 30 day Refund or Exchange.
Returning your items will be at your own cost. Please ensure they will arrive in the same condition as you received them.
We are unable to refund or exchange items that are returned to us in an unsaleable condition.
Returns may take 7-10 working days to process.
Please return your item using your preferred way of posting – Royal Mail is usually the most efficient.
Please note that until we receive the item, we hold no responsibility for the item/s.
Will I have to pay postage for my return?
Yes, you do have to pay postage on any returns to us, unless an item is faulty or received in error, in which case please contact us directly to resolve.
Can I exchange an item for a something else?
No, you can only exchange something for the same product in a different design.
What if the item I request to exchange for is out of stock?
If the item is not in stock we will automatically refund you the full amount.
Can I return something that I bought in a sale or seconds sale?
No, unfortunately we do not accept returns for sale items.
Will my shipping fee be refunded?
Unfortunately no shipping costs can be refunded.
We have to treat every customer fairly, this means every customer receives exactly the same service every time, without exception.
We must stick to the returns policy. Sami Tutch .Com cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels, so please do keep your tracking number.
It can take 5 to 10 working days for your refund to reach you, depending on your bank.
